About Us

The Architecture master program aims to investigate and examine the interdisciplinary relationship between architecture, design, and urban design. After completing the compulsory and elective courses related to the field of their choice, graduate students of Architecture are expected to produce a master thesis based on scientific research on a specific subject of their choice. The Master of Architecture program lasts four semesters. The program offers students the opportunity to analyze architectural discipline from a critical and analytical perspective. The program's fields of study include design theories, building physics (energy-efficient design, lighting, acoustics), architectural history, theory and criticism, project and construction management, and sustainable architecture. Students follow their studies on a scientific research subject that they can directly under the supervision of a determined faculty member. In addition to the Research Methods and Techniques and Seminar course, students are required to take six elective courses suitable for their field of study and approved by their advisors. The product prepared at the end of the program is a written thesis. Graduates of this program are expected to continue their studies in academic fields.
